"I just washed my car. Need tires. Don't know how to drive on track. I'll hurt my car. My husband said NO. I'm scared. Car's too nice. Don't have a helmet. My wife said we have to go to Costco. Brakes, I need brakes. It's my daily driver. My car is too dirty. I don't want to go fast. Race my car, no way! Too busy. Need gear I don't have.. Don't know what to do at this event. None of my friends are going. Don't have a Porsche. My car is not set up for the track. I'm not a member of PCA"
There is NO EXCUSE to skip this HPDE.
We've heard it all - but you owe it to yourself and your car to get on out to Pueblo Motorsports Park on Saturday and Sunday September 7-8th. Our experienced instructors will get you up and running in no time, turning laps like you've only imagined. Pueblo is a great local track - with 2.2 miles and 10 turns it really has "great flow." Find out for yourself. No speed limits, no tickets. Track newbie - no worries. We got you. Classroom and on-track instruction are part of your entry fee. Not too new, but still like instructor input? Ask for an instructor if one is available. We have loaner helmets too. Want to bring a non-Porsche, no problem. Your car needs to pass tech inspection to be driven, but does not need to be a Porsche. Also non-PCA members are totally welcome and encouraged. We really have the best instructors - regardless of the type of car you drive. There really is NO EXCUSE!
*NEW NEW NEW* AMR is pleased to offer Taste of the Track - for those drivers not ready to commit to a full HPDE You'll ride with an experienced instructor in their car - for an entire session. We'll explain track etiquette, how being smooth is fast, and the correct "line" to get around the track.

Event requirements
Registration will close on Monday September 2nd at 9:11 pm. Be sure to register early. Priority in being confirmed is based on the date and time you register. ALL DRIVERS WILL BE WAIT LISTED UPON REGISTRATION until the event/AMR CDI Team confirms your driving status and availability of an instructor should one be required/requested. Priority will be given to drivers that register for two days.
Billing will be deferred - so register now and pay later! (Charges will be processed on September 6th). We will be using Speed Waivers for this event. Please follow the instructions in the registration area. If you have not added your PCA Membership please update your profile. If you are a new PCA member and do not have or know your membership number, please contact the registrar. PCA members will receive $10 off the posted registration fee.
Drivers must be 18 years of age with valid drivers license. Members of PCA/AMR/RMR will be given preference to non-members. You need not be a member of AMR or PCA to participate. All registered vehicles must pass AMR/RMR/PCA tech inspection PRIOR to attendance. Valid Tech Form is required at registration. Snell SA 2015 or newer helmets are required and subject to inspection. Seats and harnesses must be within the specified standards. NEW: DRIVERS IN CARS EQUIPPED WITH LANE CHANGE ASSIST AND AUTO BRAKING FEATURES MUST DEMONSTRATE THE ABILITY TO DISABLE (TURN OFF) THESE FEATURES BEFORE EACH SESSION. DRIVERS WEARING AN APPLE WATCH (SERIES 8, 2ND GEN OR ULTRA) OR CARRYING AN I-PHONE 14 THAT HAS CRASH DETECTION - CRASH DETECTION MUST BE TURNED OFF. SOME USERS HAVE EXPERIENCED ACTIVATION OF CRASH DETECTION IN A HIGH-G TURN.
Lunch is provided for all instructors and volunteers.
